Fir carries the resinous, woody note of Vermont’s winter air. Wassail layers freshly cut pine and evergreen boughs over spicy clove, with the smoke of a log fire underneath. Clove is the warm kitchen-spice counterpoint, infused with freshly harvested herbs and grains. Together, they move seamlessly from forest to hearth.
