Ordering Information

PLACING AN ORDER

All wholesale orders must be done through our wholesale online shops and/or utilizing the most recent line list. Please do not refer to our main site (farmhousepottery.com) for product ordering or pricing.

Orders can be placed via this shop, our Faire Shop, or by contacting sales@farmhousepottery.com. 

We will review your order prior to sending it to our warehouse and communicate any fulfillment issues or concerns. 

PAYMENT TERMS

All orders must be paid in full at time of placement unless alternate arrangements have been previously discussed. Late payments will be subject to a fee.

ORDER MINIMUMS

For all new accounts, the opening order minimum is $500. Re-order minimum is $250.

CASE PACKS

Please take note of case pack requirements for each item. All case pack quantities must be honored, and we cannot break case pack quantities. Any orders that do not follow case pack requirements will be rounded up.


Product Satisfaction

RETURNS

Returns and refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to request a return, please contact us at sales@farmhousepottery.com within 30 days of delivery. If a restock is required for a non-damaged item, there will be a restocking fee of 15% per item.

POTTERY UNIQUENESS

Each piece of our pottery is handmade by our artisans. While we have high standards for general consistency, we choose to celebrate slight variations between products. By purchasing our products, customers understand that there may be slight differences in size, color, and other features. We will not consider returns or refunds for these minor details. If, however, the discrepancy between products is extreme, please contact us with pictures and measurements within 14 days of delivery so we can determine proper next steps.


Pricing

Our wholesale portal and line list provide MSRPs for all of our products. These MSRPs serve as the minimum retail value of our products and must be adhered to. Online store sales and promotions may only be conducted with our prior approval. Outside of authorized promotions, failure to adhere to established pricing guidelines will result in termination of our wholesale agreement.


Selling Online

Farmhouse Pottery must provide explicit, written permission for our items to be sold on any online store. All Farmhouse Pottery products sold online must have the following:

  1. Our brand name displayed prominently in the product title
  2. An accurate description of the product
  3. Accurate photo representation of the product - assets can be provided upon request
  4. Pricing aligned with posted MSRPs

Failure to adhere to the above will result in termination of our wholesale agreement.


Shipping

  • Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Woodstock, Vermont via FedEx or UPS.
  • If any items are backordered, our default process is to hold the order until we are able to fulfill as complete. If applicable, we will communicate these timelines with you and discuss options and preferences for your order.
  • If you require shipments to multiple addresses, please submit one order per address.
  • All orders requiring individual boxing and labeling are subject to a 5% packaging fee.
  • All soft-pack pick up orders are subject to a 3% handling fee.
  • Orders shipped on a partner’s shipping account are subject to a 3% packaging fee. US shipping rates are based on zones (see image below).
  • Canadian accounts must utilize their own account for shipping or be subject to a 20% fee.
  • Liftgate fee: $100

Rates per zone

  • 7% of total: North Eastern Zone
  • 8% of Total: Central Zone
  • 9% of Total: Western Zone

Account Status & Territory 

TERRITORY PROTECTION

Territory exclusivity is only maintained for active accounts. Once an account is considered inactive, the territory is considered open.

To maintain an active account, we require re-orders at least every 6 months, and/or a minimum of $3,000 in orders per year. 

Please note that we cannot 100% guarantee territory protection, but do make a strong effort to do so. 


Holiday Deadline 

Our holiday deadline for guaranteed delivery by mid-November is OCTOBER 1ST. Like many businesses, winter holidays create the busiest time for our warehouse team. Ordering by the deadline guarantees timely delivery so our products can be enjoyed during the holiday season. Orders placed after the deadline will still be fulfilled as soon as possible, but, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee same-year delivery.
