Holiday Ordering FAQ
Deadline: October 1, 2026
What is the purpose of the deadline?
Being committed to craft means prioritizing intentional creation over quick production. During the holidays, the amount of love our Collectors have for us can mean lower stock, especially of our pottery.
We want to make sure you can include all of your favorite Farmhouse Pottery goods in your holiday assortment, and ordering by Friday, October 2nd ensures you’ve reserved stock and will receive your wares by early to mid November - just in time for holiday displays.
-
Will you still accept orders after the deadline?
Absolutely! We will continue to accept and fulfill orders as long as we have capacity to do so.
However, there are two caveats here -
1. Hand-crafted goods are not something we can replenish quickly, and production times may push delivery into early 2027.
2. As we get deeper into the season, our fulfillment team may not have the capacity to fulfill your order until after the holidays - especially if the order is large and/or complex to pack.
I want to order by the deadline, but I’d rather not receive my items yet. What can I do?
I am more than happy to support scheduled fulfillment. Simply email me or write a note in the order stating when you would like to receive it.
-
Can I set up payment terms?
Yes! Please reach out if you’d like to discuss establishing payment terms with us.
-
What about non-holiday related orders?
Even if what you’re ordering isn’t holiday specific, all of the above still applies.
In terms of fulfillment, please plan ahead for any possible Q4 restocks and communicate them with me so we can reserve inventory and be prepared to fulfill when needed.
